The 24-Hour Notice Policy + No Show Policy To ensure optimal service and availability for all our clients, we kindly request that you provide us with a minimum of 24 hours notice for any appointment cancellations. If a cancellation is made with less than 24 hours notice, a cancellation fee of 30% of the scheduled service price will be charged to your account or required before booking your next appointment. However, not showing up for a scheduled appointment impacts our team and other clients. Therefore, if there is no prior notice given and you do not show up for your appointment, we will charge the full amount of the scheduled services to your account or require amount before booking your next appointment.
